About Me

My Name is Taralee Eddington

After years of personal challenges, including navigating the complexities of relationships and boundaries, I’ve spent the last 12 years immersing myself in learning everything I can about human connection. Through my studies, I discovered that it’s possible to find peace in my own life while also setting healthy boundaries for those around me—something I never understood before. I had always believed I had to be a peacemaker, but now I know I can be both peaceful and assertive, setting boundaries for the sake of my well-being and those I love.

A deeply transformative experience for me was helping my 24-year-old daughter through her cancer diagnosis and treatment. This journey has been both heartbreaking and eye-opening, teaching me firsthand how to navigate the overwhelming emotional toll that cancer can take on families. From the fear and grief to the uncertainty of what comes next, I understand the challenges that arise. I’ve learned how to cope, find strength, and maintain peace in the midst of it all, and I’m now committed to helping others face these challenges with the same resilience and tools that supported me.

I’ve been in your shoes—feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected in relationships. I understand the frustration of wanting peace but not knowing how to achieve it. That’s why I’m so passionate about guiding others through the same transformation I’ve gone through. My journey into life coaching was deeply inspired by my personal experiences and my desire to help others facing similar struggles. I’ve spent countless hours supporting friends and family members as they navigated their own relationship challenges, applying what I’ve learned through my academic studies and life experience.

I hold a certification in Family Relations from Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-I), which has provided me with in-depth knowledge of family dynamics, conflict resolution, and the importance of healthy relationships. I am also pursuing a degree in Marriage and Family Studies with plans to continue on to graduate school and eventually become a licensed therapist. My studies, combined with my lived experiences, allow me to offer valuable insights to others seeking peace in their relationships.

The pandemic highlighted the need for emotional and relational guidance in the lives of so many, and I knew it was time for me to take my passion to the next level. Through my work as a coach, I hope to provide the support, tools, and insights people need to build healthier, more peaceful relationships.

My Vision as a Coach

I believe that lasting change in relationships starts with understanding and compassion—for both others and ourselves. As a coach, my vision is to help individuals, couples, and families discover the power of peace, effective communication, and healthy boundaries in their relationships. I want to empower you to make intentional choices that lead to more fulfilling, peaceful connections, whether at home, work, or in your community.

Drawing from the transformative teachings of Anatomy of Peace and Dangerous Love, I guide clients to create deeper connections by approaching each relationship with a mindset of empathy and understanding. It’s about shifting from conflict to connection, seeing others as people with their own struggles, and learning how to navigate difficult situations with a sense of calm and clarity.

In addition to supporting clients through everyday relationship challenges, I now also specialize in helping individuals and families navigate the emotional aftermath of cancer. The toll that a cancer diagnosis can take—on both the person diagnosed and their loved ones—is something I know intimately. I offer tools and strategies to help you face grief, fear, and uncertainty with a sense of peace, strength, and clarity.

I believe in your ability to create lasting peace and harmony in your life. Every relationship can heal, grow, and transform, and I’m here to provide the tools, support, and guidance you need to make that happen. Together, we’ll build the foundation of the empowered, peaceful life you deserve.

Whether working with individuals, families, or couples, my goal is to help you find inner peace, create healthier boundaries, and navigate relationships with clarity and compassion—especially in the face of life's most difficult challenges.
